Orders & Order Confirmation

Kesarii currently processes orders through WhatsApp communication. Product availability, pricing, shipping charges, and payment details are confirmed directly with customers before order confirmation. An order is considered confirmed only after product availability is verified, payment confirmation is received, and a confirmation message is shared by Kesarii via WhatsApp.

Kesarii reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges may apply separately unless stated otherwise, and GST will be charged where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final applicable price will be the one confirmed by our team during WhatsApp order confirmation.

Product Representation

We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics, embroidery work, and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to mobile or monitor screen settings. Fabric texture, embroidery detailing, and handwork may vary slightly due to photography and the natural characteristics of textile products. Customers are encouraged to request additional photos or videos before confirming their order if required.

Payments

Payments are accepted through trusted methods such as UPI, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods shared by Kesarii. We do not store customer debit or credit card information directly on our website.

Shipping & Delivery
