Refund Policy

At Kesarii, we strive to provide quality sarees and ethnicwear collections to our customers, resellers, boutiques, and online sellers. Since most of our products are fashion and textile-based items, we request customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed through WhatsApp communication after product availability and payment confirmation. Customers are encouraged to review product photos, videos, fabric details, and descriptions carefully before confirming their order.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept return or exchange requests in cases where:

The customer receives a damaged product The customer receives a wrong product The product has a major manufacturing defect

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact Kesarii within 24 hours of delivery and share clear opening videos and product photos as proof.

Products without proper unboxing/opening video proof may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen settings Minor thread variations or handwork irregularities Change of mind after order confirmation Delay caused by courier services Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

As sarees and ethnicwear products may involve embroidery, weaving, dyeing, or handmade work, slight variations are considered normal.

Refund Policy

If a return request is approved, Kesarii may provide:

Replacement of the product, or Store credit, or Refund to the original payment method

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking or payment provider processing time.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

Exchange Process

Approved exchange products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.

Kesarii reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the returned product does not meet the required conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed and processed may not be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be considered before dispatch at the sole discretion of Kesarii.

Reseller & Bulk Orders

Orders placed by resellers, boutiques, WhatsApp community members, and bulk buyers are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless a wrong or damaged product is received.
